I Got an Appointment at the Prison

I am just about to head out to help arrange Liliany Obando’s bail bond and then it’s off to the Buen Pastor prison, for hopefully the last time ever.  This time instead of just going to see Liliany, we’ll be taking her home to her family for the first time in over three and a half years.

Still a lot of concern regarding her and her family’s safety.  I just found out from a fellow conference delegate that just after I had gone to bed on Wednesday night at around midnight, four civilians walked through the front doors of this four-star hotel, strode around the lobby and and back out the doors again, all while openly carrying pistols.  It seems the hotel security just kept out of their way and let them wander away.  Sounds to me like a message was being delivered to us, or maybe they were just looking for a party.  Got to run.
